Manchester United is reportedly gearing up for significant changes to its squad as the summer transfer window approaches.

In a notable development, the club is considering a move for Julian Ryerson, a 28-year-old defender currently playing for Borussia Dortmund and the Norway national team. This information was shared by Patrick Berger on his X social media page.

Ryerson is said to be a top target for Manchester United, particularly if Noussair Mazraoui exits the club. Borussia Dortmund is willing to let Ryerson go but is demanding a price of at least 30 million euros for the player.

So far this season, Ryerson has appeared in 42 matches for Dortmund, contributing 18 assists. His current contract with the club extends until 2028, and his transfer value is estimated at 28 million euros by Transfermarkt.
