Italian coach Thiago Motta is reportedly on the brink of returning to a head coaching role, with several opportunities available. Renowned journalist Nicolò Schira shared on X that the 43-year-old is considering a comeback as early as next season.
Currently, three clubs are expressing interest in Motta: Lazio, Lille, and Bayer Leverkusen. Motta has indicated his eagerness to resume coaching in the near future.
His last managerial position was with Juventus, where he served for just one year before parting ways with the club in March 2025 due to unsatisfactory results. Prior to his tenure at Juventus, Motta managed Bologna, Spezia, and Genoa.
