Murat Yakin has confirmed the 26 players who will represent Switzerland at the upcoming World Cup. The announcement, made earlier today via the official Switzerland national team account on the social media platform X, reveals the final squad poised for action.

The team features three goalkeepers: Marvin Keller, Gregor Kobel, and Yvon Mvogo. In the defense, the players include Manuel Akanji, Aurèle Amenda, Eray Cömert, Nico Elvedi, Luca Jaquez, Miro Muheim, Ricardo Rodriguez, and Silvan Widmer.

Midfielders and forwards comprise Michel Aebischer, Zeki Amdouni, Breel Embolo, Christian Fassnacht, Remo Freuler, Cedric Itten, Ardon Jashari, Johan Manzambi, Dan Ndoye, Noah Okafor, Fabian Rieder, Djibril Sow, Ruben Vargas, Granit Xhaka, and Denis Zakaria.

In the tournament, Switzerland will compete in Group B alongside Qatar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Canada.
