Thirteen players from Nigeria’s Super Eagles have arrived in London as the team begins preparations for the 2026 Unity Cup. The squad is assembling ahead of the invitational tournament, with early arrivals marking the commencement of their campaign.

Head coach Éric Chelle reached England on Friday alongside several home-based players and members of the technical staff. The team’s preparations are well underway as they aim for success in the upcoming event.

Among the early arrivals are goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo from Wrexham, midfielder Tochukwu Nnadi, and forward Philip Otele, as reported by SCORENigeria. The squad is expected to see additional players joining before the end of Saturday.

Nigeria is set to initiate training sessions in London ahead of their Unity Cup semi-final match against Zimbabwe on Tuesday, scheduled to take place at The Valley.
