Kochi, December 1, 2025: Kerala Blasters FC has partnered with the Kerala State AIDS Control Society (KSACS) to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and show support for those affected. This collaboration aims to promote social involvement in HIV prevention, coinciding with World AIDS Day.

This year’s theme, “Surviving Crises, Advancing AIDS Prevention Efforts,” highlights the importance of awareness and community engagement in fighting HIV.

The state-level inauguration of World AIDS Day celebrations, organized by KSACS, took place on December 1 at 10 AM at the Chavara Cultural Centre in Kochi. Dr. K.J. Reena, Director of the State Health Department, led the event. Mr. Raghu Ramachandran, Head of Sponsorship, Commercial & Revenue at Kerala Blasters FC, participated in the official partnership announcement.

KSACS plays a critical role in the state’s HIV/AIDS prevention efforts. As Kerala works towards achieving the World Health Organization’s 95-95-95 targets, this partnership with Kerala Blasters aims to enhance public awareness, reduce social stigma, and support the government’s existing prevention and treatment initiatives. Leveraging the club’s strong fan base and digital influence, this collaboration will further Kerala’s mission to control HIV/AIDS, marking an important step in supporting public health initiatives across the state.
