Manchester United is preparing to loan out 18-year-old striker Chido Obie in January. Obie joined United after turning down a professional contract from Arsenal last year.
The player has shown impressive form, scoring 32 goals in 18 matches at the Under-18 level. This season, he has netted 12 goals in 10 Under-18 games and 7 goals in 19 Under-21 matches. United is exploring loan options for Obie and his teammates Aiden Heaven and Diego Leon.
None of these three players have had any opportunities with the first team this season.
