Galatasaray is making strong moves to sign Manchester United‘s Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte on loan. They have proposed a loan agreement with an option to buy for €25 million. Manchester United, however, is looking for at least €30 million for the 24-year-old player, who was purchased from PSG for €50 million. Ugarte has only had the chance to play in 11 matches for United this season.
