Malappuram: The Malappuram District Football Association, under the Kerala Football Association, is set to start the District Football League on January 18, Sunday. The ‘A’ Division Championship will take place at the Edavanna Siti Haji Stadium.
Several prominent clubs from the district will compete, including NSS College Manjeri, MES College Mampad, Al Mauj Basco Othukkungal, Thilakam Thiroorakkad, Juvenile SC Edavanna, FC Arikkode, and MSP Malappuram.
The championship will officially open on the day of the event.
