The 31-year-old Scotland captain’s contract expires in June, but Spurs want to bring him to London soon. Currently, Robertson is serving as a backup to Milos Kerkes at Liverpool. Signing him would help address gaps in Tottenham’s defense, according to the coach. The team is also monitoring injuries to players like Destiny Udogie and Jed Spence.
