A recent report by journalist Wayne Veysey reveals that Sunderland goalkeeper Robin Roefs is attracting interest from Manchester City. The club is in competition with Liverpool and Chelsea to sign the Dutch player from Sunderland this summer.

Roefs’ Impressive Form In The Premier League

Roefs has had a strong season at the Stadium of Light, showcasing several notable performances in the Premier League. The 23-year-old has conceded 27 goals and achieved eight clean sheets in 25 matches across all competitions this season.

Recognized as one of the top young goalkeepers in the Premier League, it’s no wonder that clubs like Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea are keen to acquire him this summer.

He is under contract with Sunderland until the summer of 2030, meaning the club is not under pressure to sell him at the end of this season.
