Sir David Beckham, a well-known football figure, is celebrated for his time at Manchester United, where he achieved significant success from 1993 to 2003.
As part of the renowned Class of ’92, Beckham was noted for his skill and precise passes that benefited teammates like Wayne Rooney and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
In 2003, he transferred to Real Madrid and played for various clubs worldwide, including AC Milan in Italy, Paris Saint-Germain in France, and LA Galaxy in the United States.
His most impactful years were at Old Trafford, where he is still regarded as one of the club’s top academy graduates.
Since retiring in 2013, Beckham has remained active in football.
His son Romeo played for Brentford until September 2024, and Beckham, who was knighted in June 2025, is also a co-owner of Inter Miami.
He was instrumental in bringing Lionel Messi to the U.S. in the summer of 2023 and has been working hard to raise the profile of Inter Miami.
Given his frequent travels to the U.S., Beckham acquired a luxurious mansion for a significant sum.
At 50 years old, Beckham bought a stylish apartment in 2020 for £17.1 million ($19.8 million) through Beckham Brand Limited.
He has now sold his Miami penthouse for £21.3 million, making a profit of £4 million from his original purchase.
According to a recent report from the New York Post, Beckham’s Miami residence is now owned by someone else.
The penthouse was located on the 59th floor of the One Thousand Museum building, a 62-storey tower designed by Zaha Hadid, noted as one of the tallest in the city.
The apartment featured five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, with ocean views contributing to its high price.
Unique floor-to-ceiling windows, a two-storey fitness and wellness center, an infinity pool, and an in-house salon added to its appeal.
Despite ongoing family issues involving his son Brooklyn and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz, it seems unlikely Beckham will leave the U.S. behind.
The New York Post also reported that Beckham and Victoria still own a mansion in Miami Beach valued at $72.25 million, located further north in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
