We previously explored the first 19 transfers at Chelsea during the Todd Boehly era. Today, we will discuss the 21 transfers that remain.

As before, this list focuses solely on permanent deals—loan or trial transfers are not included.

Pedro Neto

Liam Rosenior called Pedro Neto a ‘world-class’ winger. While that may be an exaggeration, Neto is certainly a talented player. He joined from Wolves in 2024 for nearly £54 million and has been a reliable first-team member since.

Joao Felix

Joao Felix’s time at Chelsea was less successful. Despite his technical skill, he struggled to fit into the Premier League‘s pace. He had a previous loan at Chelsea in 2023 with similar results, making just 12 league appearances and scoring one goal in his latest stint.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall had a promising career at Leicester City, but after Chelsea signed him for £30 million, he didn’t seem to fit in. Most of his time was spent with Chelsea’s B team before he was sold to Everton in 2025.

Filip Jorgensen

Filip Jorgensen was once seen as a top young goalkeeper, yet he has struggled to earn a starting spot. Since joining Chelsea in the summer of 2024, he has only played eight league matches and mainly features in cup competitions.

Omari Kellyman

Omari Kellyman remains with Chelsea but has yet to play in the Premier League. He is currently on loan at Cardiff City in League One, where he has scored five goals this season, helping their promotion efforts.

Mike Penders

Mike Penders was signed in 2025 but officially joined Chelsea in the summer of 2024. He has not played for the first team yet and was immediately loaned to affiliate club Strasbourg.

Aaron Anselmino

Aaron Anselmino has yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea since joining in 2024. He has been on loan at Borussia Dortmund, Strasbourg, and his previous club, Boca Juniors.

Mathis Amougou

Mathis Amougou made his Chelsea debut last year against Southampton but later joined Strasbourg on a permanent deal in the summer of 2025.

Renato Veiga

Renato Veiga spent only a single season at Chelsea before leaving for Villarreal in 2025. He played seven league matches as a central defender.

Caleb Wiley

Caleb Wiley is another player who hasn’t debuted for Chelsea yet. The Blues signed him from Atalanta for £8.5 million, and since then, he has been loaned to Strasbourg and Watford.

Marc Guiu

Marc Guiu had a busy season, starting with a loan to Sunderland but being recalled soon due to injuries in the Chelsea squad. His Premier League appearances have been few, but he has performed well in cup competitions.

Tosin Adarabioyo

Tosin Adarabioyo has not stood out at Chelsea, often serving as a backup. However, since he was signed on a free transfer, there are few complaints. He had been solid for Fulham before moving to Chelsea in 2024 but has since had limited impact.

Joao Pedro

Joao Pedro’s performance has been mixed this season, but he has shown he can be a key player when at his best. He has contributed to solving Chelsea’s centre-forward issues and can also play as a number ten.

Jamie Gittens

Jamie Gittens is still developing. He has shown potential since arriving at Chelsea, but given his over £50 million transfer fee, expectations are high.

Alejandro Garnacho

Alejandro Garnacho’s transition from Manchester United to Chelsea has not gone smoothly. He has scored just one goal and provided three assists in the Premier League, but at 21, he still has time to improve.

Estevao

Estevao is considered one of Todd Boehly’s best signings, showcasing his skills as a young winger. At just 18, he is one of Chelsea’s most effective players, using his speed and dribbling to challenge defenders.

Jorrel Hato

Jorrel Hato was expected to make an impact at Chelsea, but he has yet to fully realize his potential. He has performed decently in cup matches but has had limited Premier League minutes due to competition for places.

Liam Delap

Liam Delap had a standout season with Ipswich during their difficult campaign but has struggled to make his mark at Chelsea. He often seems out of place and is yet to capitalize on his opportunities.

Dario Essugo

Dario Essugo was signed by Chelsea in March 2025, with his deal becoming official at the summer transfer window. Unfortunately, he has missed the entire season due to a thigh injury, and his return date is still unclear.

Mamadou Sarr

Mamadou Sarr joined Chelsea over the summer. After making his debut at the Club World Cup, he was loaned to Strasbourg, where he quickly became a first-team player and even the club captain at just 20 years old.

Kendry Paez

Kendry Paez has been on Chelsea’s radar for years but officially joined in 2025 due to age-related transfer restrictions. At 18, he is currently on loan at River Plate, having also had a loan stint at Strasbourg.
