• Tottenham issued indefinite bans to three supporters for making Nazi salutes.

  • This incident occurred during a Champions League match against Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany.

  • UEFA fined Tottenham €30,000 for racist behavior and an additional €2,250 for object throwing.

On Monday, Tottenham banned three fans for making Nazi salutes at a Champions League match in Germany in January.

This decision followed a €30,000 fine from UEFA for “racist and/or discriminatory behavior” related to the incident during a 2-0 victory against Eintracht Frankfurt last month.

“We confirm that all three individuals who made Nazi salutes towards Eintracht Frankfurt supporters have been identified and banned indefinitely,” Tottenham stated. “The unacceptable behavior of a small number of fans does not represent the values of our club and its supporters.”
