Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored an impressive goal as Everton defeated Burnley 2-0 on Tuesday night.
David Moyes praised Dewsbury-Hall’s performance, and broadcasters named him Man of the Match.
This season, the Everton midfielder has made 11 contributions to goals, increasing his chances of receiving an England call-up later this month.
After the match, Dewsbury-Hall addressed Thomas Tuchel.
“Getting into the England squad is a dream of mine,” said the 27-year-old. “I know the competition is tough, but I am having a really good season – it is probably the best I have had in the Premier League.”
Dewsbury-Hall then shifted his focus back to his club objectives, stating: “My main goal is to help this team qualify for Europe. Achieving that would improve my chances internationally.”
