Happy 54th birthday to Shaquille O’Neal, a 15-time NBA All-Star, four-time NBA champion, three-time Finals MVP, two-time scoring champion, and 2016 Hall of Fame inductee!

O’Neal was the top pick in the 1992 NBA Draft, chosen by the Orlando Magic after his time at LSU. He made an immediate impact, averaging 23.4 points and 13.9 rebounds per game, earning the Rookie of the Year award for the 1992-93 season. He spent four successful seasons with the Magic before joining the Los Angeles Lakers in 1996. That same offseason, Kobe Bryant was acquired through a trade, and together they secured three consecutive NBA titles from 1999 to 2002.

O’Neal won another championship in 2006 with Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat before brief periods with the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Boston Celtics, ultimately retiring in 2011.

Now, here’s a fun quiz: Shaquille O’Neal is one of 19 players with multiple NBA scoring titles. Can you name how many of these players you can recall in five minutes?

Good luck!
