Opta’s supercomputer predicts Liverpool will beat Spurs this weekend.

Opta’s supercomputer gives Liverpool a 65.1 percent chance of winning against Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday. Tottenham has only a 16.1 percent chance of breaking their poor form, with a draw rated at 18.8 percent.

These numbers highlight Tottenham’s struggles. Under Igor Tudor, they have lost all six of their recent matches, marking the worst losing streak in the club’s history. Tudor has lost all four of his games since taking over, setting a record for the worst start by any Spurs manager. They are the only team in the Premier League without a win in 2026 and arrive at Anfield after failing to win in their last 11 league matches.

Tottenham struggles away against Liverpool

Despite having an uneven season, Liverpool remains strong at Anfield. They have lost only one of their last 31 home league matches against Spurs and are unbeaten in 14 encounters since a loss in May 2011. Spurs have managed just one win in their last 16 Premier League games against Liverpool overall.

Both teams face injury challenges. Tottenham will be without the suspended Micky van de Ven, while Cristian Romero and Joao Palhinha are also fitness concerns after a head clash in their last game. Liverpool is missing Alexander Isak, although Alisson might return after missing the midweek loss to Galatasaray.

One statistic offers Spurs some hope. Tottenham has secured 19 of their 29 Premier League points this season while playing away, which is a very high rate, among the best in the league’s history. Getting away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where fans have increasingly expressed dissatisfaction, could benefit Tudor’s side.

Richarlison’s performance against Liverpool is noteworthy. The Brazilian has been involved in more Premier League goals against Liverpool than against any other team, contributing to five goals in five games for Spurs.
