The Utah Jazz, often seen as focused on future prospects, have a bright star in rookie guard Ace Bailey. His recent performances indicate that success might come sooner than expected.

At just 19 years old, Bailey has made his mark in NBA history. During a game against the Toronto Raptors, despite the Jazz losing, he became the fifth-youngest player to score 25 or more points in three consecutive games.

Bailey recorded 37 points in 35 minutes, hitting 11 of his 21 shots from the field and 7 of 10 from beyond the arc. He also contributed five rebounds and three assists. This performance set a new career-high, surpassing his previous record of 33 points against the Milwaukee Bucks on March 19.

Ace Bailey joined some elite company in NBA history

Chosen fifth overall by the Jazz in the 2025 NBA Draft out of Rutgers, Bailey has joined a select group of legendary players. He is also in contention with other rookies for the Rookie of the Year award.
