Sir Alex Ferguson has recently celebrated a win in Liverpool.

This achievement adds to his ongoing involvement in sports since retiring as manager.

The former Manchester United manager remains a key figure in the sport, with his influence still noticeable.

Earlier this month, ex-United goalkeeper Ben Foster mentioned that Ferguson was involved in his departure from Old Trafford.

Foster emphasized the lasting effect that Ferguson has on players even after retiring.

There have also been talks about his connection to the current Manchester United team.

In January, it was reported that young defender Ayden Heaven moved into Ferguson’s family home, highlighting their ongoing ties.

Beyond football, Ferguson has also achieved success in horse racing.

He recently celebrated a third-place finish for his horse L’eau du Sud at the Cheltenham Festival, marking his growing involvement in the sport.

This latest win came at Aintree in Liverpool, where Ferguson co-owned Wade Out, the victor of the William Hill Handicap Hurdle.

The win was confirmed by RacingTV on X.

The horse showed strong performance, pulling ahead after the final hurdle.

This seven-year-old horse, trained by Olly Murphy and ridden by Gavin Sheehan, won at odds of 18-1, making it a notable victory on Grand National day.

Wayne Rooney, a former Manchester United striker, was there to witness the win alongside his wife, Coleen.

Ferguson, known as one of the greatest football managers with 13 Premier League titles, continues to achieve success off the field, adding another milestone to his impressive career.
