The Cameroonian professional league marked its matchday 15 on Wednesday, April 22. In a key fixture, Colombe FC exhibited a dominant performance against Gazelle FA at the Omnisports Stadium in Yaoundé. Eyango Prisoa opened the scoring for Colombe in the 33rd minute, giving the home side a lead that they maintained until halftime.

Following the break, Colombe extended their advantage when Katawari Moubarak scored in the 53rd minute. Fergani Edzimbii then sealed the victory with a free-kick in injury time, bringing the final score to 3-0. This win propelled Colombe into second place in the league standings.

In the day’s second match, Coton Sport faced Aigle Moungo and suffered a 2-0 defeat. David Pagou’s side struggled offensively, failing to find the net over the course of the match. Goals from Joseph Nga Essoue and Fred Ngassam secured victory for Aigle Moungo.

As a result of this second consecutive loss, Coton Sport has dropped from their previous position in the top two of the league table.
