Saibari, 25, is currently with the Moroccan national team and is preparing to undergo a medical examination in the USA. This season, he has made a notable impact at PSV, featuring in 37 matches where he scored 19 goals and provided 9 assists. His estimated market value, according to Transfermarkt, stands at €40 million.
