Doma United has officially announced the hiring of Ayodeji Ayeni as the club’s new Technical Adviser ahead of the upcoming Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season. This strategic move comes as the Savannah Tigers gear up for the challenges of the new campaign.

The club has reportedly awarded Ayeni a two-year contract, ensuring his presence at Doma United until the summer of 2028. This appointment is part of the club’s efforts to strengthen its position in the league.

At the unveiling ceremony, Doma United Chief Executive Officer, Alhaji Suleiman Umar, also known as Mai Doma, conveyed his assurance in Ayeni’s capabilities as a coach.

He said: “Today, at the Pantami Stadium, Gombe, we unveiled Ayeni as we upgrade our team, making sure that the club meets up with the necessary standards required to be at the elite league.”

Umar highlighted that Ayeni’s extensive coaching experience, tactical insight, and proven ability to develop competitive teams solidified his selection as the ideal candidate to guide the club into the future.
