Liverpool is reportedly nearing a deal for Brazilian talent Allan Elias.

The 21-year-old has become a key player at Palmeiras and is expected to be the next standout player to leave the Sao Paulo club.

Liverpool is “starting to finalize” the deal for Allan, according to Brazilian source The Football. He might join the team next summer.

Benfica has also shown interest in the right-winger, but Palmeiras seems to prefer a transfer to Liverpool, making a £30m deal likely.

While there are no official confirmations yet, it could be useful to learn more about Allan’s journey so far.

There is increasing speculation that Liverpool will seek a winger when the summer transfer window opens.

In that regard, Allan fits the profile well. As a left-footed player who typically plays on the right, he could eventually take over from Mohamed Salah.

Allan hasn’t been prolific yet, with five goals in 64 matches for Palmeiras. However, he has scored once in his first three Serie A games this season, hinting at improvement.

He possesses all the qualities associated with a Brazilian attacker—skillful, fast, and strong on the ball.

Though he has areas to work on and will be 22 by the time a potential move to Liverpool happens, his youth career suggests he has the potential to make an impact.

Allan’s Journey in Youth Development

Palmeiras has a strong track record of nurturing talent, with players like Endrick and Estevao achieving notable transfers in recent years.

While Allan has yet to generate comparable buzz, he appears set for a European transfer this summer.

The 21-year-old is recognized for his work ethic and pressing ability, making him a good fit for Liverpool’s playing style.

Liverpool supporters will need to follow developments regarding Allan, but his game includes qualities worth noting.
