In the Asia Cup 2025 Super Four match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Pakistan set a solid score against India. Batting first after losing the toss, Pakistan scored 171 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

Pakistan’s openers Fakhar Zaman and Sahibzada Farhan gave a strong start. Fakhar scored 15 runs from 9 balls before being dismissed by Hardik Pandya. Farhan (58) and Saim Ayub (21) formed a key partnership of 72 runs. Farhan’s innings included 5 fours and 3 sixes from 45 balls.

In the middle order, Hussein Talat scored 10 runs from 11 balls, while Mohammad Nawaz contributed 21 runs from 19 balls. Nawaz was run out due to a brilliant fielding effort by Suryakumar Yadav. Captain Salman Agha (17) and Faheem Ashraf (20) added quick runs in the final overs, pushing Pakistan’s score past 170. Ashraf hit 20 runs off just 8 balls, including 2 fours and 2 sixes.
