Aston Villa is advancing talks to sign Atletico Madrid midfielder Conor Gallagher. The clubs are in agreement for a loan deal, allowing the player to join on a temporary basis. There will also be an option to buy at the end of the season.
Gallagher joined Atletico Madrid from Chelsea in 2024 for €35 million. However, he has only started five out of 19 La Liga matches this season.
