Benjamin Sesko is having an impressive debut season with Manchester United after joining the team last summer.

He moved from RB Leipzig for £74 million, taking over as the main striker from Rasmus Hojlund, completing United’s attacking lineup.

Although Sesko started slowly at Old Trafford, he has found his form following the exit of Ruben Amorim in January.

In his first match after Amorim’s departure, Benjamin Sesko scored two important goals against Burnley, helping the team secure a 2-2 draw and leading to a productive February.

Over four matches, Sesko netted three goals, with two of them contributing to victories over Tottenham Hotspur and Everton, while his other goal earned a draw against West Ham.

Manchester United has announced on their official website that Sesko has won the PFA Premier League Fans’ Player of the Month award for February 2026.

He was previously selected as Manchester United’s Player of the Month and is also a contender for the Premier League award, which will be revealed on 13th March 2026.

He is the second United player to receive the fans’ award, following Bryan Mbeumo, who won in October 2025.

Sesko’s strong performances in February have positioned him as a contender for the club’s top goalscorer this season, with Bryan Mbeumo, Bruno Fernandes, Casemiro, Matheus Cunha, and Sesko all within four goals of each other.

This marks a fruitful transfer season, with Cunha and Mbeumo also making their debut year at Old Trafford along with Sesko.
