Kochi, November 10, 2025: The Simple Energy Blasters Corporate Cup 2025 kicked off in Kochi. Sponsored by Lulu Forex and Activbase, this tournament took place at the Activbase Sports Center in Kakkanad. Organized by Kerala Blasters FC, the aim was to unite employees from prominent corporate organizations through football.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) won the men’s title in a thrilling final, defeating H&R Block with a score of 2-1. In the women’s category, UST claimed the championship by narrowly beating Wipro 1-0. The finals were energized by cheering employees and their families in the packed gallery. The tournament, which began on October 18, featured 12 men’s teams and 4 women’s teams. Over 250 players participated in 7-a-side matches held over four weekends, with many games remaining exciting until the end.

In the men’s category, TCS’s Reijo George received the Player of the Tournament award. The Golden Glove award went to Jubin Augustine from TCS. The Golden Boot for the tournament’s top scorer was awarded to Ahmad Murshid from Experian. In the women’s category, Surya Paul from UST was named Player of the Tournament, while the Golden Glove for best goalkeeping was given to Vijaya Lakshmi Wilson from UST and the Golden Boot for top scorer to Anjana Baby from Wipro.

Blasters star Sreekuttan M.S. and goalkeeper Alsabith S.T. were present, adding excitement to the event. Notable guests at the closing ceremony included Kerala Blasters FC CEO Abhik Chatterjee, Commercial & Revenue Head Raghu Ramachandran, Simple Energy Marketing Manager Shinoy Thomas, and Activbase Managing Director Dr. Anas Kollanchery.

Support for the tournament came from Simple Energy, Lulu Forex, Activbase, VPS Lake Shore, Tanishq Edappally, Pizza Hut, and Cravin.

This tournament has become a significant platform for encouraging teamwork and a healthy lifestyle among corporate employees. Kerala Blasters will continue efforts to emphasize sports development and social connections beyond football.
