As the 2025/26 season nears its end, Casemiro is preparing for the next phase of his football career.
During his time at Sao Paulo, Real Madrid, FC Porto, and Manchester United, along with representing Brazil, he has played a total of 735 matches, scoring 77 goals and providing 65 assists.
The 33-year-old has achieved many honors, including the Copa America, five Champions League titles, three UEFA Supercups, three La Liga titles, four domestic cups, and the Copa Sudamericana.
Yet, he is not ready to retire and is exploring his next club.
A transfer to MLS is a possibility, with LA Galaxy and Inter Miami both interested in signing the soon-to-be free agent. Saudi Arabia is also an option.
Additionally, The Sun reports that his former club Sao Paulo is keen to bring him back. The Brazilian club is offering him a two-year contract, which includes a position at the club after his playing days.
Casemiro was part of Sao Paulo from 2002 to 2013 before moving to Real Madrid, where he began his European career.
This could set the stage for a return, especially since he remains an important player for the Brazil national team.
