Manchester United is taking steps for the upcoming season by showing interest in young midfielder Erin Innes.
The Women’s Under-14 player joined United from the Stoke City Girls academy in the 2024/25 season and has become an important player for the team.
Today, Innes shared her offer letter for full registration for the 2026/27 season on Instagram.
Her post included the caption: “The journey continues…”
“I’m extremely grateful, proud, and excited to announce that I’ve been offered a place in @manutdwomen U15s squad for the 26/27 season,” she wrote.
“I joined this amazing club just over 10 months ago and have really enjoyed my experience, with many more great opportunities ahead.”
“A big thank you to my talented teammates, coaches, and staff who have all supported my growth.”
“There’s still a lot of learning and hard work ahead, but I’ll keep giving my best.”
The letter from the Manchester United Foundation, the club’s registered charity managing the Girls Academy pathway, reflects their commitment to finding new talent for the senior squad.
This is a significant milestone for Erin Innes, indicating that her first season with the club has been a success.
