CaughtOffside reports that Manchester United is among five Premier League clubs interested in Ndiaye as the summer transfer window approaches.
However, Everton appears confident since the 24-year-old is under contract until 2029, giving them leverage in negotiations.
Despite this, sources indicate that Everton might consider offers between £56-65 million for the Senegalese forward.
If true, this price range could attract the attention of multiple clubs in the league.
David Moyes not planning to approve Ndiaye’s departure
Last month, David Moyes emphasized that he does not plan to sell Ndiaye, though he acknowledged that every player has a market value.
“We’ve got no intention of letting Ili go,” said Moyes.
“None whatsoever. However, I’m sure there’s a price for every player if you look around.”
“To answer your question, we have no intention of selling Ili.”
Everton is aiming for European football this season, and achieving this goal would help strengthen their position to retain Ndiaye.
The Senegalese player has expressed his desire to remain at Everton: “As I always say, if there are rumors or interest, it must mean you’re doing something right, right?!
“I am very happy to be at this club and to be part of a new project with the new stadium and ownership.
“It feels like a new adventure for all of us.
“I want to achieve things with Everton, I want to win trophies, which the club hasn’t seen for too long. It’s our goal to work towards.”
