London: West Ham United has parted ways with their head coach Graham Potter. This decision follows an eight-month period during which the club experienced poor performances and disappointing results. The team’s struggles from the second half of last season up to the start of the 2025/26 Premier League campaign led to this split.

In an official statement, West Ham highlighted that the failure to meet expectations from both the board and fans led to the search for new leadership. The club aims to improve its standing in the Premier League through this change.

Assistant coach Bruno Saltor, first team coaches Billy Reid, Narcis Pelach, and goalkeeping coaches Kasper Ankergren and Linus Kandlein will also be leaving the club. Since departing from Brighton, Potter has struggled to make an impact as a coach.
