Hull City is aiming for promotion to the Premier League and is currently fifth in the Championship.

The team has secured 13 wins and is coming off a 2-1 victory against Swansea City.

This win means Hull has won four of their last five matches, losing only once during this stretch.

With the January transfer window open, Hull sees an opportunity to strengthen their squad as they approach the final months of the season.

Earlier this month, Hull signed James Debayo and recalled Matty Jacob after his loan at Reading due to an injury.

In recent days, they have been adding more players to the team.

They first signed Paddy McNair, a former Manchester United defender.

Today, Hull City announced they have signed Liverpool forward Lewis Koumas on loan for the rest of the season.

Their latest addition is Toby Collyer, who has also joined on loan from Manchester United until the season ends.

The 22-year-old midfielder is the fourth player Hull has brought in during this transfer window.

Collyer joined United from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2022 and made 13 appearances last season across various competitions.

He will now aim for more playing time at the MKM Stadium.

Previously, Collyer was with West Bromwich Albion but returned to Manchester United earlier this month.

This move gives him a chance to shine and possibly be part of Hull’s promotion push if the team maintains its good form.

Fans will be looking forward to seeing if he makes his debut in the upcoming match against Blackburn Rovers.
