According to The Athletic, if he plays in the starting lineup for 35 matches this season, his contract will renew until 2027 under current salary terms. He currently earns £300,000 per week. So far, he has started in 18 Premier League matches this season. For the remaining 17 matches, if he continues to start, he can meet that requirement.
