Spanish news outlet El Desmarque, through Sport Witness, reports that Valencia is in urgent need of assistance from Leeds United. The club wants to keep winger Largie Ramazani permanently during the next summer transfer window. Ramazani joined Valencia on a season-long loan last summer, but his initial months at the Mestalla were challenging.

During this time, he struggled to secure a regular place in the lineup. Reports in early January suggested that Valencia even considered ending the loan deal early, as he was at the bottom of the selection list. However, February brought a change. The forward regained his form and became an important member of the starting eleven.

Recently, Ramazani has played a significant role in several important victories for Valencia. He received a nomination for February’s Goal of the Month due to a streak of impressive goals. This shift in performance has changed discussions about his future, moving from a potential January departure to the club wanting him to stay for the long term.

Leeds United originally arranged the loan without an option to buy and included clauses that would activate if Ramazani did not receive enough playing time. Valencia now faces financial difficulties.

A permanent transfer seems unlikely unless Leeds is willing to lower their asking price or modify the terms. Valencia hopes to convince Leeds to be flexible. Still, any agreement largely depends on Ramazani maintaining his current performance level until the season concludes.

Does Ramazani Still Have a Future in the Leeds United Premier League Project?
