Malappuram: The Excellence Award for the best team in Season 2 of the Super League has been awarded to Malappuram FC, the local team. This recognition is based on the team’s outstanding performance throughout the matches. Additionally, Malappuram FC’s fan club, the Ultras, was named the best fan club.
The award was presented during an event in Thiruvananthapuram as part of the Kerala Football Mission 2035. The state’s sports minister, V. Abduraheeman, handed over the award to Malappuram FC promoter Shamsudheen Bin Mohiyum.
During the ceremony, various opposition leaders also highlighted their support for the initiative.
