Malappuram: Ahead of the remaining matches in the Super League season, Malappuram Football Club has strengthened its roster. They have signed Moroccan player Abdelhay Foursia to enhance their attacks. Foursia, who is 27 years old, can play as both an attacking midfielder and a winger. This will be his first time playing in India, having previously represented top clubs in Morocco.
Foursia joins Malappuram FC from the Moroccan first division club RC Semamar, where he scored 3 goals and provided 9 assists in 43 matches. He has also played for other first-division teams in Morocco, including Raja Casablanca, Olympic Safi, CA Kenitra, and KACM Marrakech. Foursia is known for his excellent passing and strong ball control.
