In a recent YouTube segment, journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Manchester United has a strong interest in Nottingham Forest player Elliot Anderson. Romano stated,

“Man Utd will not make any decisions about their midfield targets in February. They have a list of several names they are considering. I have mentioned before that they appreciate Elliot Anderson.”

Anderson’s Strong Performance in the Premier League

Anderson is having a successful season with Nottingham, showcasing his skills as a central midfielder. The 23-year-old has scored one goal and provided two assists in 32 matches across all competitions this season.

This English player is recognized as one of the top central midfielders in the Premier League. Therefore, it would be beneficial for Manchester United to consider signing him at the end of the season.

Anderson’s contract at Nottingham runs until the summer of 2029, which may pose a challenge for Manchester United to secure him at a lower price this year.
