Everton are in a better position now with Moyes back in charge.

The club has spent the last few seasons battling to avoid relegation, first under Frank Lampard and then Sean Dyche. Off the field, challenges increased after a ten-point deduction in November 2023 for breaching financial rules.

This season, which marks Moyes’ first full campaign since 2012/13, seems different. The team appears stable and has a chance at European qualification.

However, a former Everton manager is experiencing an even better season. Marco Silva has Fulham performing well and he is reportedly attracting interest from Manchester United.
