Manchester United is gearing up for their summer recruitment as they look to rebuild the squad for the upcoming season’s likely Champions League campaign.

The Red Devils are on track to qualify for the top European tournament and are looking to strengthen their team.

It is known that United aims to sign two midfielders, one to replace Casemiro, and CentreDevils reported earlier that a striker is also a priority.

With Joshua Zirkzee expected to leave Old Trafford this summer, United needs to find a replacement, ensuring Benjamin Sesko isn’t the only striker on the roster.

The club is also in search of a left-sided player, considering a left-back and a left-winger.

Recently, The Daily Mail reported that a United scout was in Germany on March 14, 2026, watching Eintracht Frankfurt face Heidenheim.

Frankfurt won the match 1-0, despite Robin Koch receiving a second yellow card in the 73rd minute, having assisted Arnaud Kalimuendo’s goal early in the second half.

However, the main focus for United was on midfielder Hugo Larsson and left-back Nathaniel Brown.

Both players have been on United’s radar, with Larsson being considered for a longer time than Brown.

United was linked to Hugo Larsson before the 2025 summer transfer window, while Nathaniel Brown joined the shortlist this winter.

Now, United is once again looking at both players but faces competition from other Premier League clubs for the young midfielder.
