Manchester City unlikely to add more players
Manchester City has concluded its main transfer activities earlier in the window, so further additions seem unlikely.
Sky Sports reporter Ben Ransom mentioned that other clubs have noticed how quickly City finalized their recent deals.
He also shared that while new signings are not expected, the club has recalled Sverre Nypan from his loan at Middlesbrough.
Kalvin Phillips may leave before the deadline
Kalvin Phillips is the only unresolved case within Manchester City’s senior team as deadline day progresses.
Ben Ransom pointed out that Phillips has been available throughout the transfer window, with previous interest reported, but no deal has been reached yet.
After struggling since his move from Leeds, Phillips is seen as the senior player most likely to depart before the transfer window closes.
