Mohamed Salah has not scored in his last 10 Premier League matches for Liverpool, leading to discussions about whether it’s time for him and the club to part ways.

Just a year ago, Salah was considered the top player in the Premier League, helping Liverpool secure the title with an impressive 29 goals and 18 assists; both were career highs.

However, he showed signs of declining performance toward the end of last season, finishing weaker in the second half and losing Ballon d’Or contention to Lamine Yamal and Ousmane Dembele.

This season, Salah has struggled even more, with only 4 goals in 20 Premier League games. While he still averages 6 assists and 2.1 key passes per game, his ability to take on defenders has noticeably dropped, completing just 1.4 dribbles and having 4.5 unforced turnovers per match.

At 33 years old, Salah remains useful but appears more like a backup winger rather than a leading player for a title contender. With interest from the Saudi Pro League, now might be the best time for both Salah and Liverpool to consider ending their partnership.
