How Tottenham Might Line Up Against Fulham at Craven Cottage

Seeking their first Premier League win of 2026, Tottenham Hotspur travels to Craven Cottage to play Fulham on Sunday.

Igor Tudor’s debut as Spurs’ interim head coach ended in disappointment, with a 4-1 defeat to Arsenal at home. Goals from Eberechi Eze and Viktor Gyokeres left Tottenham sitting 16th in the standings, just four points above the relegation zone, with tougher matches ahead.

Fulham, fresh off a 3-1 away victory over Sunderland, will aim to secure a league double after previously defeating Spurs.

Here’s how Tottenham could set up against Fulham.

Goalkeeper: Guglielmo Vicario

Vicario’s performance against Arsenal wasn’t to blame for any goals conceded. However, he knows he must improve for the Fulham match.

Defence: Kevin Danso, Radu Dragusin, Micky van de Ven

Tottenham received a boost with Kevin Danso and Pedro Porro returning to training on Wednesday.

If fit, Danso could step in for Joao Palhinha as a right-sided centre-back in a three-man defense. Dragusin and van de Ven will complete the backline. Igor Tudor will expect a more aggressive defensive performance at Craven Cottage.

Midfield: Pedro Porro, Joao Palhinha, Conor Gallagher, Djed Spence

With Porro back after a month out, he may replace Archie Gray at right wing-back, while Spence will handle the left side. The wing-backs are crucial for stretching Fulham and creating scoring chances, while also needing to defend against Fulham’s skilled wingers.

Palhinha is set to return to his usual midfield role, allowing Gallagher to move further forward and support the attack.

Bissouma, Sarr, and Gray are likely options on the bench.

Attack: Xavi Simons, Dominic Solanke, Randal Kolo Muani

Kolo Muani was Tottenham’s standout player against Arsenal, scoring their only goal. He will be eager to add to his tally against Fulham.

Simons and Solanke will support Kolo Muani, working to create chances and link up play. Solanke may occasionally join Kolo Muani up front, aiming to pressure Fulham’s defense into mistakes. Richarlison and Mathys Tel can come off the bench to add fresh energy if needed.
