Kochi, 12/10/2025: The dates for the semi-finals of the Super League Kerala‘s second season have been changed due to security concerns related to the local government elections in the state.
The first semi-final between Thrissur Magic FC and Malappuram FC, originally scheduled for December 7 at Thrissur Corporation Stadium, and the second semi-final between Calicut FC and Kannur Warriors FC, set for December 10 at Calicut EMS Stadium, have been postponed. This decision was made following recommendations from authorities considering election duties and security arrangements.
The updated schedule is as follows:
Semi-Final 1: Calicut FC vs Kannur Warriors FC
Date & Time: 7:30 PM, December 14 (Sunday)
Venue: EMS Corporation Stadium, Calicut
Semi-Final 2: Thrissur Magic FC vs Malappuram FC
Date & Time: 7:30 PM, December 15 (Monday)
Venue: Corporation Stadium, Thrissur
The date for the Super League Kerala final will be announced later. Organizers expressed regret for the need to postpone the matches due to election-related security limitations and requested all fans to cooperate for the smooth conduct of the league.
