Dubai, UAE — After a successful inaugural season, the league from Kerala, Super League Kerala, is set for an exciting start to its second season. The official season curtain-raiser will take place on September 21 at 6:00 PM (UAE time) at the Al Ahli Sports Hall in Al Nahda, Dubai.
Key guests and league partners will attend the event. SLK Director and CEO Matthew Joseph, Managing Director Firoz Meeran, and Kerala Football Association President Nawaz Meeran will be present. Celebrities including Basil Joseph, Kunjacko Boban, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sanju Samson, Asif Ali, and Shashi Tharoor will also join as club owners and ambassadors.
The curtain-raiser will include important announcements for the new season, launching the official match ball for Season 2, and revealing SLK’s digital partner aimed at enhancing fan engagement and expanding the league’s global digital presence. Besides the official activities, fans in Dubai will have the chance to gather for their favorite Super League Kerala clubs, with the aim of promoting the league among expatriate Malayalis.
