Manchester United is actively seeking another attacking player in this summer’s transfer window. They have already improved their lineup with the additions of Benjamin Sesko, Matheus Cunha, and Bryan Mbeumo.
Under the guidance of new manager Michael Carrick, the team’s attacking performance has significantly improved. The rise of Patrick Dorgu as a winger has also positively contributed to this progress.
However, Manchester United is on the lookout for one more winger to complement Dorgu and young Amad Diallo, with attention now on promising talent Yan Diomande.
Diomande, who plays for RB Leipzig, is considered one of the most skilled young wingers in football, attracting interest from several Premier League clubs and others like Bayern Munich.
The primary concern is the price, as RB Leipzig wants around 100 million euros. However, transfer expert Ben Jacobs noted an interesting possibility that could appeal to Manchester United. He mentioned on The United Stand show that Leipzig’s high asking price is simply a tactic, suggesting that Diomande could be available for a lower fee when the club becomes more willing to negotiate.
