UEFA has announced that the Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid will host the men’s UEFA Champions League final in 2027. The women’s final will take place at the National Stadium in Warsaw, Poland. This decision was made during a UEFA Executive Committee meeting held in Tirana.
This marks the second time Madrid has hosted the Champions League final in a decade, following Liverpool‘s victory in 2019. UEFA also revealed the venues for other upcoming major competitions: the 2026 men’s final will be held at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, while the women’s final will take place at the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo. Furthermore, Salzburg in Austria will host the 2026 UEFA Super Cup. These announcements reflect UEFA’s efforts to spread major football events across various locations in Europe.
