Kevin Durant showcased his talent as the Houston Rockets ended the Atlanta Hawks’ winning streak on Friday night.
The Hawks came into the game on an 11-game win streak, the longest for Atlanta in over ten years, but Durant ensured it came to a halt. He scored 25 points in just 30 minutes of play.
As one of the top scorers in NBA history, Durant is now only 25 points away from tying Michael Jordan on the all-time scoring list. Surpassing Jordan would place Durant in the top five for total career points.
Kevin Durant’s Efficient Performance
In his latest outing, Durant was efficient, making 9 of 15 shots from the field for a shooting percentage of 60%, while also hitting 3 of 5 from beyond the arc.
