The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Denver Nuggets 127-125 in overtime on Saturday, thanks to Austin Reaves. Near the end of regulation with the Lakers trailing by three, Reaves stepped up to take two free throws.
He made the first one, then intentionally missed the second, targeting the front left part of the rim.
The ball bounced back to him, and Reaves hit a floater from nine feet out with just under two seconds left, tying the game.

The individual performances were notable as well. Luka Doncic scored 30 points, providing 13 assists and grabbing 11 rebounds, marking his eighth triple-double of the season. Nikola Jokic closely followed with 24 points, 16 rebounds, and 14 assists.
According to OptaStats, together they totaled over 50 points, 25 rebounds, 25 assists, 10 combined blocks and steals, along with five made three-pointers.
This marks the first instance of two players achieving these combined statistics in a single NBA game.
