Joel Embiid wasn’t the only key player returning for the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night. Veteran Paul George made his comeback after a 25-game suspension for breaching the league’s drug policy.
George contributed significantly with 28 points, hitting six three-pointers, along with six rebounds and four assists in just 26 minutes. This was a great opportunity for both Embiid and George to get back into the game as they capitalized on a struggling Bulls team, winning the match 157-137.
The Sixers are now looking forward to the return of Tyrese Maxey, who is currently dealing with a pinky tendon injury. There’s no confirmed date for his return. However, if Maxey comes back in time for the postseason, the Sixers could prove to be a tough challenge for Eastern Conference teams.
This brings us to today’s quiz. Although George has not fully met the expectations of his four-year, $211.5 million contract with Philadelphia, he has a strong playoff history, making him a valuable asset for the team. Can you name the NBA players who have made the most three-pointers in playoff history?
Good luck!
