When an NBA player is compared to Wilt Chamberlain, it signals a notable achievement. Recently, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder surpassed Chamberlain for the most consecutive 20-point games in NBA history, achieving his 127th against the Boston Celtics. He continued the streak by scoring exactly 20 points in the Thunder’s 116-103 win over Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves. This victory also placed the Thunder 3.5 games ahead of the Spurs in the Western Conference, boosting their chances of a top playoff seed for the second year in a row.

Following the game against Minnesota, Gilgeous-Alexander stated, “Those types of things never mattered to me.” He shot 7-for-22 in that game and needed 10 points in the fourth quarter to maintain the streak.

He added, “If I have a night like I had tonight and we win the way we did tonight for the rest of the season, I’ll be the happiest guy on Earth. Winning is all that matters.”

Now, here’s a quiz: SGA has recorded 369 regular-season games with at least 20 points, ranking 26th among active players. Can you name the active NBA players who have scored 20 points at least 200 times in their careers?

Good luck!
