The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Denver Nuggets 120-113 on Thursday night, but LeBron James made his mark in NBA history once again. He scored 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting and passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most field goals made in NBA history.

Previously, James surpassed Kareem in points in 2023, and now he has achieved the same milestone for field goals, ending the night with 15,842 made. In his 23rd season at 41 years old, James is averaging the fewest minutes per game of his career at 33.1 but continues to score an average of 21.4 points, 7.0 assists, and 6.6 rebounds per game, despite missing the first 14 games of the season due to sciatica.

This leads us to today’s quiz. Can you name NBA players with at least 9,000 career field goals in five minutes?

Good luck!
